Full Job Description

We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
  • Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects

Job Duties:

Work a Pallet Jack

Pull orders

Load trucks

Unload trucks

Stack received product

Clean warehouse

Lawn care of the warehouse property

Qualified person must possess the following:

Able to follow direction

Able to read English

Able to write English

Able to understand English

Able to lift 60 lbs by yourself

Have reliable transportation

Able to be at work on time daily

Able to work overtime

Able to work some weekends

Clean driving record

Ability to get a CDL license within 6 months of employment

Able to pass a background check

Able to pass a Drug Screen

Full Job Description:

Pyro Productions Inc, is seeking an Office Assistant in Dothan, AL. Pyro Productions produces large-scale professional fireworks displays, indoor and outdoor pyrotechnics, lasers, cryo jets, fog, flames, and other special effects for top events across the United States.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work with our show producers to reach sales goals with aggressive identification, development, qualification, and acquisition of new clients through outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations to customers and/or prospects, including but not limited to event professionals, producers, venue owners and government officials.
  • Respond to all inbound inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Attend up to 2 networking events a month presenting the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Work with our team to create and follow-up on all delivered proposals which includes but not limited to, site plans and estimates in a timely manner
  • Assist with Operations in regards to permitting of all shows and in compliance with DOT Regulations.
  • Prepare production schedules and deliver to clients one week before their event.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of event details to lead operators at least one week before an event to guarantee the success of the production.
  • Work within existing company standards and processes, while helping improve current systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information in company systems
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with existing accounts.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and willingness to travel on occasion

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of sales or front office experience (preferably in the entertainment industry)
  • Prior experience within a professional theme park/theater industry is preferred but not required.
  • Must possess strong time management skills, be punctual, and reliable while adjusting to constant changes in priorities
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Maintain a business professional appearance
  • Exceptional reading, writing, speaking, analytical, and communication and presentation skills
  • Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and friendly personality, courteous and cooperative attitude; team-oriented
  • Managerial mentality with ability to delegate and multi-task, lead a team, be efficient, and work quickly but accurately while staying organized and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to preserve confidential and sensitive information
  • High level of systematic organization and promptness with email and calendar tools
  • Self-starter, confident, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently or in a group

Knowledge of fireworks is beneficial but not required. All applicants must have a clean driving record, be able to pass a Federal background check, and drug test.
